Ali Setork, CEO
Ali is the founder and owner of DynaCom. Ali has over 25 years of real estate experience and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering/Mathematics, a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Before founding DynaCom, Ali taught in various universities in Illinois for over 20 years. As DynaCom’s CEO, Ali is responsible for planning and expansion projects for the rapidly growing company. He is also in charge of design and architectural drawings for our tenant’s improvements, lease preparation, and invoicing to the tenants.
In his free time, Ali enjoys exercising, playing basketball, traveling, spending time with his grandchildren and listening to music.
Ali is heavily involved in various memberships throughout the Naperville community. Some of his involvements include:

Mina Setork, CFO
Mina’s favorite part about working at DynaCom is getting a chance to collaborate with such a great team, as well as talking with our happy tenants. However, Mina also enjoys the excitement each day brings with its exhilarating challenges. In her free time, Mina enjoys exercising, reading books and traveling to to meet new people and discover other cultures. Additionally, Mina enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and teaching them everything she has learned in her life.
Mina is also a founder and owner of DynaCom. Mina holds a Masters degree in Computer Science/Business and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Mathematics. Similar to her husband Ali, Mina taught in several universities and colleges for close to 7 years before turning to the private sector. In the private sector, Mina held the position of Portfolio Manager for 13 years while working at AT&T Bell Laboratories. As CFO of DynaCom, Mina excels at maintaining a consistently balanced financial statement, in addition to planning for future investments.
Mina is heavily ingrained in the Naperville community, serving on several boards and earning achievements from outside organizations. Some of her achievements and community work includes:

Mari Rodriguez, Operations Manager
Mari has been with DynaCom for 13 years and brings with her 13 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience, as well as 20 years of Finance and Customer Service experience. Mari completed her business education at Waubonsee College. As DynaCom’s Operations Manager, Mari oversees the entire operations of DynaCom including the Planning and Developement, Property Management, Leasing and Marketing, and Construction teams, as well as overall management of DynaCom Staff. Mari works closely with the owners to advice on growth for the company as well as keeping the company financially stable and healthy with the support of her Teams.
Mari’s favorite part about working at DynaCom is working closely with Tenants to bring their dream office from sketch to the finish product. She enjoys the diversity and comradery of everyone in the office. In her free time, Mari supports and participates in many local and nationwide races such as Marathons, Cycling and Triathlons. Additionally, Mari's favorite hobby is her weekly movie dates with her daughter.

Brenda Nunez, Property Management Team Coordinator
Brenda has been with DynaCom for 7 years and brings with her over 10 years of experience in the Customer Service field. As a Property Management Team Associate for the DynaCom, Brenda is responsible for our automated HVAC systems and tenant heating/cooling calls, conference room reservations, as well as assisting with general tenant requests. Brenda’s favorite part about working at DynaCom is the unique team dynamic that contributes to the high level of tenant satisfaction we hope to achieve.
Monica Venegas, Property Management (Construction Branch)
Monica rejoined the DynaCom team February 2016 as a Property Management Associate. Monica was a part of DynaCom's team for 3 years previously and brings with her over 14 years in administration and customer service experience. As a Property Management Associate, Monica handles tenant communication, as well as property and leasing support. Monica's favorite part about DynaCom is interacting with her wonderful coworkers. In her free time Monica loves to cook and spend time with her son.
Alicia Gonzalez, Property Management Tenant Relations
Alicia joined the DynaCom team August of 2017 as our newest property management associate. Alicia brings with her over 10 years of customer service experience. As a property management associate, she handles our office administration and provides tenant communication support. Her favorite part about DynaCom is its management style. Tenants come first at DynaCom. She is proud to be part of a team that is focused and take pride of their management style.
Grace Caraman, Senior Leasing Consultant
Grace joins DynaCom with 7 years of customer service, sales, and promotional marketing experience. She is originally from the East Coast, moving to the Chicagoland area roughly three years ago. She has, since then, proceeded to work in sales and marketing before finding her way to DynaCom. Grateful for this new venture, Grace is eager to be a part of a dedicated team who value and prioritize their clients.
Ricardo Jaime, Leasing Consultant
Ricardo joins DynaCom with 5 years of property management experience and 2 years in sales. As the newest member of our Leasing Team, Ricardo is eager to make new connections and to aid our team in fulfilling our goals,including offering exemplary service to existing and future clients. Ricardo is into fitness and is dedicated in attending the gym daily. He also enjoys spending time with friends and his dog, Chewy.
Paola Arroyo, Property Management Tenant Relations
Paola joined the DyanCom team in May 2018 as the newest Property Management Associate and comes with 4 years of customer service experience. As a part of the Property Management Team, she will be responsible for handling our office administration and assisting with tenant requests. She is very excited to be part of a company that continues to grow! On her free time, Paola enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews often surrounding herself with the company of her family.
Michael Celano, Leasing Consultant
Michael joins the DynaCom team with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. He specializes in creating personal relationships with clients and sales. Using these skills he is determined to provide the best experience for current and future clients of Dynacom. Michael also trained in Shotokan Karate for 17 years and holds the rank of a 2nd degree Black Belt. His hobbies include outdoor activities, concerts and coffee.
