Ali Setork, CEO

Ali is the founder and owner of DynaCom. Ali has over 25 years of real estate experience and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering/Mathematics, a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Before founding DynaCom, Ali taught in various universities in Illinois for over 20 years. As DynaCom’s CEO, Ali is responsible for planning and expansion projects for the rapidly growing company. He is also in charge of design and architectural drawings for our tenant’s improvements, lease preparation, and invoicing to the tenants.

In his free time, Ali enjoys exercising, playing basketball, traveling, spending time with his grandchildren and listening to music.

Ali is heavily involved in various memberships throughout the Naperville community. Some of his involvements include:

Mina Setork, CFO

Mina’s favorite part about working at DynaCom is getting a chance to collaborate with such a great team, as well as talking with our happy tenants. However, Mina also enjoys the excitement each day brings with its exhilarating challenges. In her free time, Mina enjoys exercising, reading books and traveling to to meet new people and discover other cultures. Additionally, Mina enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and teaching them everything she has learned in her life.

Mina is also a founder and owner of DynaCom. Mina holds a Masters degree in Computer Science/Business and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Mathematics. Similar to her husband Ali, Mina taught in several universities and colleges for close to 7 years before turning to the private sector. In the private sector, Mina held the position of Portfolio Manager for 13 years while working at AT&T Bell Laboratories. As CFO of DynaCom, Mina excels at maintaining a consistently balanced financial statement, in addition to planning for future investments.

Mina is heavily ingrained in the Naperville community, serving on several boards and earning achievements from outside organizations. Some of her achievements and community work includes:




  • Edward Foundation Board member since 2017
  • From January 1, 2019 thru June 4, 2019, Illinois State Museum had an exhibition of Mina at their museum for successful immigrants coming to the state of Illinois during the years of 1700 – 2000 and she was among a handful of immigrants that was picked by the state museum to be on the exhibition.

Mari Rodriguez, Director of Operations

Mari has been with DynaCom for over 17 years. She over sees the entire operations of the company and works closely with owners as a trusted advisor and decision maker to effectively run a successful, financially stable, and healthy company all with the support of her Teams. Her tireless work ethic surpasses the highest of expectations in an exceedingly competitive industry.

Mari comes with more than 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Customer Service where she has spent 17 of those years with DynaCom. He intensive background include Property Management, Finance, and Sales. The first 10 years with Dynacom, she focused on strengthening the Property Management branch before, increasing sales in Leasing by reinventing the entire Sales branch of DynaCom to set a new strong foundation for DynaCom’s future. Mari has had her current position as Operations Director in the last 5 years where she has achieved to double DynaCom in size twice over the last decade. Under Mari’s influence, DynaCom has become a leader in Commercial Real Estate in the Western Suburbs of Chicago.

Mari sits on the board of Directors for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) as well as an affiliate to many non-profit organizations which include NCTV17, DuPage PADS and Edward Foundation.

When she is not at the office, Mari is an accomplished endurance athlete with many marathons, ironman competitions and on/off road cycling events which set a big part of her discipline to manage DynaCom towards success.

Brenda Nunez, Property Management Team Coordinator 

Brenda has been with DynaCom for 7 years and brings with her over 10 years of experience in the Customer Service field. As a Property Management Team Associate for the DynaCom, Brenda is responsible for our automated HVAC systems and tenant heating/cooling calls, conference room reservations, as well as assisting with general tenant requests. Brenda’s favorite part about working at DynaCom is the unique team dynamic that contributes to the high level of tenant satisfaction we hope to achieve.



Lupe Martin, Property Management Team – Tenant Relations

Lupe has most recently joined our team in August 2020. Lupe has an extensive hotels and meetings background. Her entire career and experience have been focused around the hospitality industry in all areas of hotels operations, sales & catering, meeting planning, procurement, team & budget management, strategic meetings management, high level customer service and client relationship management. Before joining DynaCom Management, she has worked for Accenture, Creative Group, Short’s Travel and several 4-star hotels; most recently the Sofitel Chicago Hotel.  Over her professional career, she is most proud of having built an efficient & effective operational team model and establishing strong client and vendor relationships.  Lupe’s focus is to strengthen tenant relations and communication and maximize the DynaCom Difference for our tenants.

Lupe was born and raised in Chicago and currently resides in Aurora, IL. with her husband and new puppy, Dolly. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and movies.  She also loves exploring new  restaurants with her husband, adult son and two step children


Rita Patel, Property Management Team – Buildings Relations

Rita recently joined our team in November 2020.  Rita comes with over 16 years of extensive Customer Service and Management experience including 8 years in the Hospitality field.  As a Property Management Team Associate for DynaCom, Rita is responsible for our Building Relations and Safety Standards and also with general Tenant requests.  Rita has also taken on overseeing and scheduling all Renovations and Tenant Space Build outs.

Rita was Born and raised in England, UK and moved to America over 20 years ago.  She currently lives in Naperville, IL with her teenage daughter, and enjoys traveling , cooking Indian and Asian food and watching Movies.







 Pamela Ruby, Leasing & Marketing Associate 

Pam recently joined our team in January 2021. Pam is DynaCom’s Leasing & Marketing Associate and an essential part of our Leasing team. She comes to us with multiple years of sales experience, coupled with her financial background will help fuel her growth within the industry. Pam has a Finance degree and an established career, with over 10 years of sales and customer service experience. Her primary objective is to provide excellent customer service to clients looking for commercial office real estate. Pam is part of our growing Business Development team, locating anchors in the medical and professional fields interested in partnering with DynaCom now and for future growth.
